1. Information We Collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, company name, project type, budget range, timeline and project description.

If you subscribe to updates on the Stay Connected page, we collect your email address, the time you gave consent, and whether your subscription is pending, confirmed or unsubscribed.

If you introduce yourself on the Careers page, we collect your name, email address, area of interest, introduction and, if you choose, a link to your portfolio or profile. We do not accept CV uploads through the website.

If you use AIZ, our AI assistant, the messages in your current conversation are sent to our AI provider to generate answers. AISYNX does not store AIZ conversations or log their content; the conversation is kept only in your browser tab until you refresh or start a new one.

If you email or call us, we receive the information contained in that communication.

To protect our forms and AIZ from abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated requests. For the enquiry and careers forms it is held temporarily in server memory. For the newsletter and AIZ, only a one-way hash of it is kept in a rate-limiting service, as a short-lived counter that expires automatically. It is never stored with what you submit.

2. How We Use Information

We use enquiry details only to respond to you, understand your project and, where you choose to proceed, prepare proposals and deliver services.

We use a newsletter address only to send AISYNX updates, and only after you confirm your subscription through the link we email you. Every update includes a link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops further updates.

We use careers introductions only to consider you for current or future opportunities.

We do not use enquiry or careers details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Analytics & Cookies

When enabled, the website uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used, for example which pages are visited and whether the enquiry form is submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data such as approximate location, device and browser information.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site works without analytics cookies.

4. Service Providers

Enquiries and careers introductions are delivered to us by an email delivery service, newsletter subscriptions are stored with the same provider, and the website is run on third-party hosting. AIZ answers are generated by a third-party AI model provider — currently Google (Gemini API), with Anthropic (Claude) as an alternative — and rate-limit counters are held by a hosted database service. Depending on the service tier, the AI provider may use conversation content to improve its services. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to provide their service.

Some of these providers, including our email delivery service, our AI provider and Google Analytics where enabled, may process information outside India.

We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or careers introduction at any time. Newsletter records are kept while you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe we keep a record of that choice so we do not email you again.

6. Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing aisynx.ai@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection and enquiry submissions are validated on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.
