Every certificate must trace back to the equipment, the work performed, the person who performed it and the review that approved it. When that chain lives across paper forms and spreadsheets, preparing and checking certificates is slow and hard to audit.
The solution
The intended scope carries one job from quotation to a verifiable certificate, with technical review required before a certificate is issued.
